Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before the product is packed, dispatched, or installation is scheduled.

Once the product is shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the request will be handled as per our return and refund policy.

For prepaid orders, refund after cancellation will be processed only after confirmation from our team. Payment gateway charges or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.

Customized orders, special orders, bulk orders, installation-scheduled orders, and discounted offer orders may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

SR India Technology reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, delivery limitation, technical issue, or any other valid reason. In such cases, paid amount will be refunded as applicable.
