Warranty Policy
SR India Technology provides warranty support on eligible products as mentioned at the time of purchase or on the product invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues under normal usage conditions. The warranty period may vary depending on product category, model, brand, and purchase terms.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burning, electrical fluctuation damage, misuse, wrong installation, unauthorized repair, broken parts, accessories, consumables, filters, mop pads, dust bags, brushes, batteries, or wear-and-tear parts unless specifically mentioned.
Customers must provide purchase invoice, product serial number, photos/videos of the issue, and complete problem details for warranty claim.
Our technical team will inspect the product and decide whether the issue is covered under warranty. Depending on the case, we may provide repair, replacement of defective part, technical guidance, or service support.
Warranty service may require the customer to bring/send the product to our service location or allow technician visit where available. Visit charges, shipping charges, or spare part charges may apply if the issue is not covered under warranty.
