Shipping & Delivery Policy
SR India Technology provides product delivery to available serviceable locations in India.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, customer location, courier service, transport conditions, holidays, or other external factors. Estimated delivery timelines are shared for customer guidance and may change in some cases.
Customers are requested to provide correct name, mobile number, complete address, landmark, and pin code while placing the order. SR India Technology will not be responsible for delivery delay or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address.
At the time of delivery, customers should check the outer packaging. If the package is damaged or tampered with, customers should take photos/videos and inform our team immediately.
For large products or installation-based products, delivery and installation may be scheduled separately depending on location and technician availability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown or informed before order confirmation.
