Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment or advance confirmation, depending on order type.

Customers should not make payment to any unofficial number, personal account, or unknown payment link. Always confirm official payment details from SR India Technology before making payment.

In case of payment failure, double payment, or transaction issue, customers should contact us with transaction ID, payment screenshot, date, amount, and bank details.

Refunds for approved cases will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method after verification.

SR India Technology is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI networks, or third-party payment service providers.
