Refund & Return Policy

At SR India Technology, we want customers to purchase products with confidence. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns may be accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or not as per the confirmed order. Customers must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos, videos, invoice, and complete issue details.

The product must be unused, in original condition, with original box, accessories, invoice, manual, and packaging. Return approval will be given only after verification by our team.

Products damaged due to customer handling, wrong usage, physical damage, water damage, electrical issues, improper installation, or unauthorized repair will not be accepted for return.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after product inspection. Refund amount and timeline may depend on payment method, bank processing time, and condition of the returned product.

Installation charges, service charges, shipping charges, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is clearly from our side.

For products with technical issues, our first priority will be repair, replacement, or service support as per warranty policy.
